Shipping Policy

1. Compliance With Laws

  1. Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item is legal in their state, county, or city before purchasing.
  2. Verification: If you are unsure about the legal status of an item, consult an attorney or contact your local authorities.
  3. Non-Compliance Returns: If an item is returned because it is not legal in the buyer’s jurisdiction, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

2. Restocking Fee

  1. No P.O. Box or APO/FPO Shipping.
  2. No shipments to Washington, D.C.
  3. No sales to California unless the firearm is on the California DOJ
  4. Serialized firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
  5. Ammunition must be shipped Ground Service only.
  6. We do not combine shipping for multiple orders—each order ships individually.

4. Processing & Handling

  1. Orders are processed 3-4 business days after both payment and FFL information are received.
  2. Firearms ship only after payment has cleared.
  3. Buyer pays actual shipping charges plus insurance, unless otherwise stated.
  4. Shipments will require an Adult Signature in States where it is mandated.

5. Shipping Carriers & Methods

  1. We ship via UPS or FedEx (Ground or 2nd Day depending on the item).
  2. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.
  3. In-store pickup is available at no extra cost.

6. Insurance & Damage Claims

  1. We are not responsible for damage or loss during shipping.
  2. All claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
  3. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended and may be required on certain items.
