1. Legal Compliance

1. Buyer must know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm purchase, transfer, and possession.
2. We will not ship to any location where the firearm, magazine capacity, or accessories are prohibited by law.
3. No shipments to Washington, D.C.
4. No sales to California unless the firearm is on the California DOJ roster and/or qualifies under applicable exemptions.

2. FFL Requirements

1. All firearms will ship only to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
2. At checkout, a search tool provides a Dealer Network of participating FFL holders. Select a dealer from this network during checkout.
3. Firearm will not ship until payment has cleared and FFL information has been verified.

3. Payment Terms

1. Accepted payment methods: USPS Money Order, Certified Check, Credit Card (+2% fee).
2. Payment is due within 3 calendar days of auction close.
3. If payment is not received within the stated time, the firearm will be relisted and negative feedback may be left.

5. Cancellation Policy

1. If the buyer fails a background check, a 15% restocking fee applies, and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Age & Eligibility

1. Buyer must be at least 18 years old for rifles/shotguns and 21 years old for handguns unless otherwise prohibited by state law.
2. By bidding/purchasing, buyer certifies they are not prohibited from owning firearms under federal, state, or local law.

.7. Product Conditions & Modifications

1. All items are sold AS-IS.
2. We will not modify products to meet compliance requirements (e.g., removing or altering magazines, disassembling firearms, or shipping parts separately).
3. Buyers must confirm with their receiving FFL that they can and will make any required modifications for compliance.
