1. General Return Terms

1. Return policy for firearms applies only to used firearms picked up directly from Thrive Defense LLC or firearms returned due to state or local compliance issues, failed background checks, or prohibited status of the purchaser.
2. A 7-day non-firing inspection period is granted starting from the date of delivery to the FFL.
3. Firearms must be returned in the exact condition they were received.
4. All returns must be approved in advance.
5. Return shipping and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. Restocking Fee

1. All returned firearms are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling, processing, and applicable fees.
2. This includes firearms that are returned due to state or local compliance issues, failed background checks, or prohibited status of the purchaser.

3. Restrictions on Returns

1. No returns are accepted for:
   1. Ammunition
   2. Black powder supplies
   3. Pepper spray defense products
2. Once a firearm has been picked up from the FFL (other than Thrive Defense LLC), it cannot be returned for any reason.
3. Please inspect your firearm before taking possession.

4. New Firearms Warranty

1. New firearms are not eligible for returns and are covered only under the manufacturer’s warranty.
2. Repairs, evaluations, or warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
3. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to the manufacturer unless a prepaid label is provided by the manufacturer.

Special Conditions

1. If you have not yet picked up your firearm and have placed a deposit, you may transfer that deposit toward a different firearm.
2. Once a firearm is picked up and the 4473 paperwork is completed, no exchanges or returns are allowed simply because the buyer changes their mind.
3. No additional firearms may be added to your pickup after paperwork is completed; doing so will require a new federal and state background check and restart any applicable waiting periods.

7. Buyer Responsibility

Please research thoroughly before purchasing or picking up a firearm to ensure it meets your needs and expectations. Once you take possession, ownership is final.
