How It Works
- Contact us (email or call) for a quick appraisal range and consignment agreement.
- Drop off your firearm to our FFL, or we can pick it up from you. Bring any original box, accessories, optics, extra mags, manuals—they increase value.
- We prepare the listing: detailed inspection & condition grading, professional cleaning/light detailing (if needed), photos, and market-based pricing strategy.
- We sell it locally or on Guns.com/GunBroker—choosing the venue that should net you the highest return based on demand, timing, and fees.
- Payment to you after the buyer's background check clears (local) or once funds clear and any inspection period closes (online). We deduct our 20% consignment fee and any agreed add-ons.

- Online marketplace fees & shipping: Included in our strategy discussion; we optimize channel choice to keep your net as high as possible.
- Payout timing: Typically 5–10 business days after cleared funds and completion of any inspection/return window.
What We Accept
- Handguns, rifles, shotguns, and most modern sporting arms in safe, operable condition.
- NFA items (suppressors/SBRs): case-by-case and subject to additional ATF transfer steps and timelines.
Seller Checklist
- Valid government ID.
- Any documentation (original receipt, factory test target, build sheets, etc.).
- Accessories that add value: optics, slings, mags, holsters, cases.
- Note any upgrades or gunsmithing work (with invoices if available).
Our Listing Strategy
Local sale route: great for common models in strong local demand;
faster transfers and no shipping risk.
Guns.com/GunBroker route: best for specialty, collectible, or
high-demand items—national audience and competitive bidding.
We can set reserves or Buy It Now pricing, time auctions to peak traffic, and
adjust pricing based on real-time interest.
Storage, Insurance & Safety
- Firearms are stored in our secure safe while consigned.
- We do not consign unserialized/privately made firearms without compliant serialization and documentation.
Compliance & Returns
- All sales comply with federal, state, and local laws.
- Local buyers: 4473 and background check handled by us.
- Online buyers: shipped FFL-to-FFL only; any inspection periods are clearly stated on the listing.
- If a sale falls through due to buyer denial or non-payment, we relist or pursue the next bidder per marketplace rules.
